Salesforce Media Cloud Consultant

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with experience managing project resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top-quality and project control, handle client and vendor interactions, and act as the subject-matter expert.

Previous hands-on Salesforce administration or consulting is a must. Existing Salesforce Certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are looked upon very favorably. This role can require 25%-50% travel and is only suitable for those with a high degree of self-management.

The Salesforce Media Cloud Consultant will play a critical role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Media Cloud solutions for our clients. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, industry knowledge, and consultative skills to effectively design and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet the unique needs of media organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes and challenges in the media and entertainment industry.

• Design and implement Salesforce Media Cloud solutions to enhance client operations, audience engagement, and content monetization.

• Customize and configure Salesforce Media Cloud environments according to project requirements and best practices.

• Provide expert guidance on the integration of Salesforce Media Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce Media Cloud functionalities.

• Collaborate with project teams, including project managers, developers, and UX designers, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Salesforce solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to advise clients on continuous improvement opportunities.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and scoping of potential Salesforce Media Cloud projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with exposure to Salesforce Media Cloud.

• Salesforce Administration Certification required

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred)

• Media Cloud Accredited Professional (strongly preferred)

• Proven experience in Salesforce consultancy, with specific experience in implementing Salesforce Media Cloud solutions.

• Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including trends, challenges, and business processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
